-Proofs of Payment (PoPs) must be sent to tenders@airbotswana.co.bw
-A non-refundable deposit of P 1000.00 payable by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) made out in favour of Air Botswana is required in order to be sent the tender documents.
-The 50% price discount for purchase of the tender document will be applied to companies owned by youth, women and people living with disability who should provide a proof of the same to qualify.

-No site visit nor pre-tender meeting will be required.
-The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is 1000.hours on 09 th July 2026.
-Late tender offers will not be accepted.
-The Bid Submission Method is: Two Envelope Submission Method in which the sealed original and all the sealed copies of the Technical Offer are placed in one separate sealed envelope, whilst the sealed original and all the sealed copies of the Financial Offer are enclosed in another separate sealed envelope. The two sealed envelopes are then placed in one outer securely sealed envelope.
-One (1) original tender document marked ORIGINAL and Two (2) duplicate copies of the original for both the Technical and Financial Offers. One Electronic version of the tender offer stored in an electronic medium must be sealed with the original Technical and Financial tender offers respectively (NB Financial and Technical Offers must be separated).
-These must be placed in one sealed envelope clearly marked "Tender Reference No. AB/289/2026: Procurement of Short-term Insurance and Group Life Insurance Services" shall be delivered to:Air Botswana Head Office BuildingAirport Road,Sir Seretse Khama International AirportP O Box 92, Gaborone, Botswana
-The name and address of the bidder should be clearly marked on the envelope.
-Air Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid or bear any expense in the preparation thereof. Air Botswana also reserves the right to award the tender in full or in parts. The bids response must be structured in the format specified in this tender document.
