Air Botswana has launched an all-new Mobile App and a WhatsApp Customer service line as part of its efforts towards enhancing service delivery and customer experience. The platforms will delight mobile phone users with a host of travel related services including booking, airfares, destinations, Teemane Loyalty Club and payment of tickets via their cellphones especially when using the Mobile App service which is available 24 hours of the day. The Android and iOS versions of the App are readily available for download from Playstore and Apple Store, respectively
